All items featured on this Web site show the types of arrangements we offer. It may be different with the pictures depending on the availability in different season, but they will be as similar as possible and fill to or have higher value. For assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used as reference. For plants, similar plants may be substituted if the plant is not available. If the container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. For specialty gifts, we may substitute with another specialty gift of equal or greater value of similar theme.

Delivery fee: We charge this fee to cover delivery. The fees are on flat rate, but we may change it later. Once you submitted the order online, we think you understand and agree the fee charge.

Cancel: You can cancel your order if you made a mistake or change your mind. The deadline to cancel your order is 24 hours before the delivery date. For example, if you asked delivery on  Jan 3rd, the cancellation deadline is 12:00 am of Jan 2nd. Fail to follow these cancellation deadline, we may charge 25% (flower value on your order) as we maybe already reserved/bought flowers for you. Please note that we do not accept cancellation when your flowers have been delivered, for any reason. We do not accept return as well if your cancellation is not approved, except it is our fault. We need your order ID when you contact us.

Return: Basically, there is NO return acceptable, for any reason and any items (flowers, plants, fruit / gourmet basket, etc.), unless it is our fault. Please have your evidences and send them to us by email.

Refund: We may issue the credit to your account (If you have account with us) as refund, for example, if we made mistake or you want to cancel your order. The credit will be automatically apply to your next order on our website. Of course, you can ask refund to your credit card. If you used Bitcoin as the payment, we DO NOT refund Bitcoin - the only option to get refund is account credit. If you do not have account with us, please register one first, and then send refund request via email / Contact Form.

Coupon: We'd like to give our clients discount occasionally. The discount coupon is only applied to flowers. If you have the coupon, you can apply it while checkout. However, we reserved the right to cancel or suspend the coupon for any reason. The clients should not argue for this cancellation.

Reward: When you order flowers on our website AND have registered account, we will automatically give certain reward point to your account. Reward point only apply to flowers (do not give reward for "extra items", "service fee", and "taxes"). However, the reward point will be pending and only release in your account when the order status marked as "completed". The Reward Points will never expire. You can use those reward any time in the future; or if you like to have cashback, simply send an request by email with your account name, we will send the money to your PayPal account. Please remember: it is your responsibility to ensure that you send us your RIGHT PayPal account information. Once we issued the money to the account, which you provided, we will not issue again for any reason, unless it is our fault. We only issue the cash back by every 100 Points, which is equal CA$5. Please note that Reward Points / Cashback only be given to registered clients (Guest will not receive Reward Point/Cashback); if you need to gain and/or use the Reward Points, you must login your account. We reserve the right to remove your reward due to mistake, return or other reasons.

Pictures: We have all right for the images on the website. We do not allow our clients to use images from our website, unless have our approval. Copy right for some pictures belong to other companies. We are not allowed to sell those pictures to anyone. You should contact with those companies for authorization if you need to use.

Outing orders: we can help you to send the flowers worldwide. However, we may have trouble to send your order to local florist. It could be either there is no local florist or the florist does not take the order. If this is the case, we will contact with you. We reserved the right to cancel your order if we can not reach you or because of other irresistible reasons.

Order changing: You can ask to change your order. For arrangement change, we will follow your request and fill to (or greater than) the value on your original order. For any change (arrangement, message, delivery address, delivery date ...), you must send your request to us within 2 hours after placed your order. If you want to change your order, but beyond 2 hours, please contact us first. If it is not too late, we might accept your request. Otherwise, we may have extra charge or refuse your request.

We are making our best effort to serve you better, and we will update all the information as soon as we can. However, there may be some delay during the busy season, especially on Mother's day, Valentine's day, Christmas, and / or for other reasons. We appreciate for your patience.

We reserved all rights to explain, cancel or modify these terms and conditions.
