Affiliate Agreement

This is a agreement between you and canadaflora.ca. By submitting the online application, you agree that you have read this agreement and to be legally responsible.

1. Definition:

  •     "we," "us," and "our" refer to canadaflora.ca;
  •     "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.


2. Affiliate Obligations

  •     YOU MUST GIVE US YOUR WEBSITE ADDRESS, or we will not approve your application. We may reject or cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for us, including: your website does not work; sexually explicit materials; violence; discrimination of race, religion, nationality, disability, or others; infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights; misleading customers to believe you are canadaflora.ca; and other illegal activities.
  •     It is your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. We will not be responsible if you use another person's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law.


3. Our Rights and Obligations

  •     We have the right to check your website to see if you are following this Agreement. We may notify you to make changes on your site which we feel should be made. If you do not agree for the changes, we reserve the right to terminate you as the Affiliate Member.
  •     If we determine any fraud or abuse or illegal activities from you, we reserves the right to terminate you as Affiliate Member immediately, without notice, and we do not be liable to you for any unpaid commissions for such fraudulent sales.
  •     We reserve the right to terminate and/or change this Agreement without notice to you, but will post on the website (canadaflora.ca).


4. Payment

  •     We use paypal to track and pay your commission. Please make sure your paypal account information is correct. We do not take any responsibility to re-issue the payment due to the wrong account information which is your mistake.


5. Restrictions

  •     You are free to use our website on your web site, which is registered as our affiliated member. It is restricted to use on your other websites. In addition, any advertising which could cause damage to our reputation, such as spamming, is unacceptable to us. We will terminate you as our Affiliated Member.
  •     It is forbidden to use any content from our website (canadaflora.ca). We reserve all right. If you want to use any content from our website, you have to get permit from us.
  •     You must clearly represent your web sites are independent from us. If we notice that you are spamming or misleading, we will immediately termination your participation in our Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid.


6. Disclaimer

  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.

7. Miscellaneous

  •     You agree that you are an independent person. You will have no authority to sale any offers on our behalf.
